Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Provider

We partner with Aramex for all order shipments. They handle both domestic and international deliveries, ensuring reliable and efficient service.

2. Shipping Rates

• Lebanon: A flat shipping rate of $3 applies to all orders delivered within Lebanon.

• International: Shipping charges for orders delivered outside of Lebanon are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.

3. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), once payment is confirmed.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times

• Domestic (Lebanon): Most packages within Lebanon are delivered within 1–3 business days.

• International: Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate estimated delivery date.

• Possible Delays: Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or peak shipping periods. We are not responsible for such circumstances but will do our best to keep you informed if any delay occurs.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Aramex Tracking Link: Once your order is shipped, Aramex will send you the tracking link directly. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment.

• Order Updates: You may also receive tracking updates from us via email, so please ensure the email provided is correct.

6. Handling Inquiries and Issues

• Carrier Support: For any issues related to lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, contact Aramex directly using the tracking information they provide.

• Need Help? If you cannot resolve an issue with Aramex, reach out to us at info@ravpowerlb.com for further assistance.

7. Incorrect Addresses

• Accuracy: Ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ravpowerlb.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is shipped.
