Refund Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

All RavPower products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you experience any manufacturing defects or malfunctions within one year of purchase, please contact us at info@ravpowerlb.com. We will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include:

• Repair or replacement of the product

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claim.

No Returns, Only Replacements

RavPower does not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we provide replacements if a product is confirmed to be:

• Defective (e.g., malfunctioning electronics)

• Damaged (arrives damaged or faulty)

• Incorrectly shipped (wrong item)

Eligibility for a Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

1. The item must be proven defective, damaged, or shipped in error.

2. You should have a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Whenever possible, the product should be in its original packaging.

Keeping your item’s original packaging and proof of purchase will help expedite the inspection and replacement process.

How to Request a Replacement

Email info@ravpowerlb.com to report a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product.

2. Verification

Upon receiving your message, our support team will verify the issue and, if necessary, provide instructions on returning the item or disposing of it safely.

3. Replacement

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

Important: Please do not send items back to us without first receiving authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any of the following:

• The item is defective

• The item is visibly damaged

• You received the wrong item

Contact us immediately at info@ravpowerlb.com. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, we will replace it. For any other changes, you would need to purchase a different product.

No Refunds

We operate under a strict no-refund policy. If your product qualifies for replacement (due to a defect, damage, or incorrect shipment), we will replace it. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
